Alcohol Stove (07/2020)
A few years ago I removed the propane tank to clear out much more storage in the port aft locker.
Of course, this means the stove was no longer functional so
I took it out and sold it.
I replaced it with this Kenyon alcohol + electric stove.
Alcohol stoves are not quite as efficient or hot as propane but for
my very limited cooking needs it works well and the tradeoff on
extra locker space is well worth it.
This model can be used as an electric stove when connected to AC
shore power or as an alcohol stove when disconnected.
As this unit is smaller than the original factory stove there was
enough space left over for a small storage space next to the stove:
